Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Order Tracking

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your tracking information after several business days, please contact our support team.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refused delivery

the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, carrier fees, or additional shipping charges required to resend the order.


Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
