Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Sale Items

Please note that all sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes products purchased during sitewide promotions, seasonal sales, or with discount codes.

Size Exchanges

If you've ordered the wrong size, we're happy to help.

We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with size exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product and the packaging

We'll review your request and work quickly to provide an appropriate solution.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Our support team will provide you with the return instructions.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items not in their original condition

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package that is returned to us, any shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
